Instrument Introduction
The Wiped Thin Film Evaporator is a highly efficient device for evaporation and distillation, which uses scraper system to force the liquid film forming. It can undertake such unit operations as deodorization, defoaming reactions, heating, cooling and so on. Also, it can be used for the process of recycling organic solvents from industrial waste. It is widely used in such industries as pharmaceutical, food, light industry, petrochemical, environmental protection and more.

¦ Main evaporation body is made of high borosilicate glass 3.3, allowing the whole process to be observed very clearly
¦ Highest temperature of the system can reach 260?, accurate temperature control can be realized
? Self-cleaning roller Model film forming system is available, which is applying to TFE-150, TFE-200, and TFE-300 model
? The largest size we can make is to DN300, effective evaporation area can reach 0.6 m2
? Wiped/Scraper Model and self-cleaning roller Model film forming system are available
